Escalating Wedding Costs

Weddings nowadays are just getting more and more expensive. My brother is planning a wedding next year and some of the vendors I used are already charging him double of what they charged us! As it is, the designer engagement rings he purchased for his fiancee already cost a huge chunk of his savings and they are starting from scratch again for the wedding. Luckily the Chinese custom dictates the gift of red packets and money to aid the wedding expenses!
